Echo IQ is an AI-powered advertising platform that helps businesses create and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other advertising platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must have the authority to connect any ad accounts or Facebook Pages to Echo IQ.
Echo IQ charges a service fee for campaign creation and optimization. Your advertising spend is billed directly by the advertising platform (e.g., Meta) through your connected ad account. Echo IQ does not handle or process your ad spend.
Echo IQ includes automated compliance checking, but you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your ads comply with all applicable advertising policies and laws.
Echo IQ is provided "as is." We are not liable for ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or advertising performance results.
