Echo IQ collects information you provide when creating ad campaigns, including your website URL, business name, and ad preferences. When you connect your Meta Ads account, we access your ad account data and Facebook Pages through Meta's API with your explicit permission.
We use your information to: analyze your website for ad campaign optimization, create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf, provide AI-powered recommendations, and improve our services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with Meta (Facebook) as necessary to create and manage your ad campaigns, and with service providers who assist in operating our platform.
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and never exposed to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at annex5611@gmail.com. You can also revoke Echo IQ's access to your Meta account through your Facebook Settings.
